The truth about rev boxes.
The dyno run below is on a stock 2004 CRF230 with and without a revbox.
No additional horsepower was recorded. Higher revs with no additional horspower when used with a  STOCK motor. Your bored, cammed, ported, carbed and piped motor should benefit from a revbox but your uncorked jetted bike will not. All ENGINES ONLY dyno runs use pump gas only.

The dyno run below is for a 2004 CRF150F with an EO 175cc big bore kit, Stage 3 cam, revbox, 28mm Flatslide intake kit fully jetted and EO Outlaw series exhaust system with spark arrester and AMA legal sound.

The dyno run below is for a 2004 CRF230F with an EO 250cc big bore kit, Stage 3 cam, revbox, 30mm intake and jetting and EO Outlaw series exhaust system with spark arrester and AMA legal sound.

We ran this chart on a customers bike after 10 rounds of AMA District 36 Hare Scrambles during the 2006 Spring series.

The Dyno run below is for a Honda CRF150RB bone stock as delivered from Honda.
We ran this bike for about 3 hours for break in and installed our standard rear dyno tire as we always do.
Jetting was as delivered and we ran fresh 91 octane pump gas.


ENGINES ONLY Modified 2007 CRF150RB after working it over for 3 months.
Engine components include: EO 170cc 12.8:1 big bore kit, EO RD valve springs with Titanium retainers, EO Megacycle billet cam, EO Steahly off road 7oz. flywheel weight, EO Tokyo Mods carb modification, EO slotted cam sprocket. 91 Octane pump gas.

ENGINES ONLY Modified 2006 DRZ125L  with our 190 Big bore kit, carb modification, EO full race cam etc.... RACE FUEL ONLY.

ENGINES ONLY Modified 2008 KLX140 with our 160cc big bore piston kit, cam with heavy springs,
ported head with matched ports, Mikuni carb with EO intake and throttle cable, EO Outlaw series complete tuned exhaust. 15.3 horsepower and 10.46 pounds of torque and we are not done yet.
